Challenge
A critical legacy board was failing in the field, with limited spares and no current documentation. The customer needed a reliable replacement that maintained form/fit/function while improving serviceability and long-term support.
Solution
TEACO captured requirements, reverse engineered the legacy design, and produced a modernized replacement with updated components, improved protection, and a repeatable test procedure. Prototypes were validated against real-world operating conditions prior to production release.
Results
Reduced
Downtime risk through improved reliability
Extended
Lifecycle with modern, available components
Improved
Serviceability with documented test process
Capabilities in action
From bench diagnostics to production assembly and field integration—TEACO supports the full lifecycle.
